A finish that actually lasts on the coast
On the Gold Coast and across the Tweed, an exterior paint job has to stand up to brutal UV, salt-laden air and sudden downpours. A cheap coat over poor prep will chalk, bubble and peel within a couple of years, and you end up paying for it twice.
We prep for the conditions. Pressure-wash, scrape and sand back any flaking, treat mould, fill and caulk, then spot-prime bare areas before two full coats go on. The result is a tough, even finish that holds its colour and protects the building for years.

How long does an exterior repaint last?
With proper prep and a quality Dulux system, a coastal exterior repaint typically lasts 8 to 12 years. Salt, sun and how exposed your home is all affect the lifespan, and north and east-facing walls usually wear fastest.
Can you paint rendered walls, besser blocks and fences?
Yes. Rendered and besser walls, fibro, weatherboard, fences and garages are all part of what we do. Each surface gets the right preparation and Dulux system so the coating bonds properly and lasts.
Do you paint in our humidity and weather?
We work to Dulux application guidelines, the right temperature and humidity range, and we keep an eye on the forecast. We won't rush a coat on before rain or in conditions that compromise the finish.
Can you help with colour choice?
Absolutely. We can talk through Dulux colours, how they will read in the coastal light, and what suits your home and street. We can sort sample pots before you commit.
Why does prep matter so much?
Prep is the job. Most exterior failures come from painting over chalky, dirty or flaking surfaces. We wash, sand, treat and prime properly so the paint actually sticks. That is the difference between a finish that lasts and one that doesn't.
