Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes. For shops, offices, forecourts and occupied buildings we regularly work evenings, weekends or in stages so we are not disrupting your trade or your tenants.
Do you do strata and body corporate work?
Yes. Common areas, balconies, balustrades, stairwells and full block repaints. We can work with your strata manager or committee and keep residents informed.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes. QBCC 15440043 in Queensland, NSW 492618C across the border, and fully insured. Happy to provide details for your records.
Is there a minimum job size?
No. From a single shopfront or office through to a car wash or full apartment block, we will quote it fairly either way.
How do you keep disruption down?
We plan the job around your operation. Staged areas, after-hours work, tidy set-up and pack-down each day, and clear communication so everyone knows what is happening and when.
